Although we are open 7 days a week, our store hours are MONDAY through THURSDAY by APPOINTMENT ONLY from 7AM – 7PM and on FRIDAY through SUNDAY from 10AM – 5PM with NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. With a scheduled appointment, we can provide one-on-one time and give our individual attention to each customer. I cannot stress enough how infuriated I am with this company and how they treated my mom. My mom ordered a live edge wood countertop in mid MAY, and they gave her a delivery date of the end of JUNE. She sent in accurate dimensions of her countertop to make sure the piece would fit. However, by the Fourth of July and hearing basically no word from them, my mom kept having to call to get an update from them, until finally in mid JULY, they brought the piece over to be installed, only to have it not fit because they didn’t meas... read more
