Bought a lovely Land Rover Discovery last month. I flew up from the South Island to collect, was greeted by the friendly car detailer, was a bit surprised that I wasn't greeted by any of the sales staff, they were not on site at 9am. I found this unprofessional. Once home I asked for the trans service invoice which was arranged by Chris prior to purchase only to find a full trans service was not completed, neither was the diff service which was offered by him. I would not recommend this business.
I purchased a E550 Mercedes from this company in January 2026, the process was easy with no pressure. John was even open to a bit of negotiation on the trade in price they originally offered for my previous car. Unfortunately less than three months later (March) a problem popped up with the battery, I was expecting a bit of resistance to rectify the problem but John agreed look into it and repair the fault.
