Our dealings with Tradiespec and in particular Stephanie from the Risk and Recovery area have been great- very professional.
Having called multiple times and get escalated call to Tim, after no one in his team could help. Stay away from this dodgy business. Putting us tradies into debts and themselves into a profit. Tim the owner is a fraud, he never delivers what he said about upgrading my Ute, when i had rent to own.. He then has the audacity to reply back saying the terms and conditions are not being met, which is full BS! Picked up my new car today, Steven Nguyen has been amazing to deal with. Through the whole process. Explained everything perfectly.
We used TradieSpec for our event vehicles over the last week. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with. The vehicles themselves were of high quality and the customer service was excellent !
