I called Tradewinds to schedule an appointment to come out as service our 20 year old fireplace. They gave me some trouble shooting tips and suggestions to replace the switch as that was probably the problem. It was! They could have just set up the appointment, billed me for the service call and switch replacement, they didn't and ultimately saved me money. When it is time to replace or repair this fire place they will be the first I call and give them our business.
I had Tradewinds put in a new forced air furnace and air conditioning system a couple years ago. Great price and quality work, just what a customer wants. So just this week I needed to upgrade my radiant heating system and went with a combi condensing boiler. Again great price and quality work.
Today our furnace was acting up, TradeWinds Service technician Andy was here in a matter of hours after I called. Every time I have used Tradewinds they have been responsive professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very fair pricing!!! Very satisfied.
They were very professional and very quick to get to the problem and fast to get use back up and running!! Brett was amazing in communication and making sure we understood what was going on and what the next step was
