I have been reading some of the negative reviews and I have to wonder if some of these people have a hidden agenda. I have used this company a number of times and I have not had a bad experience with them. Nothing in life is perfect so, there are times when things will not be perfect, there has to be give and take.
To all my Caribbean peers, no enterprise will get it right all the time and I can say with certainty that this company is one of the best there is. They are willing to invest the time required to make sure u understand. They are reliable and also willing to fix the mistakes. I have been shipping with trade span over the years and so far no regrets, my family received the barrels on time and everything in tact, keep up the good work
I am really disappointed this is the first time I am using Tradespan We shipped a Barrel from Tradespan Canada to Trinidad since October 2024 we are in February 2025 and we haven't received our Barrel yet the customer service is on point in Trinidad I will give them that but the information is all over it's from this week to next week and we have to contact Tradespan Canada or it's not being released it getting to be too much they had enough time to sort out all these problems I lost my job in Canada waiting for this Barrel ... read more
