Always a great expérience with amazing products and super service.
May 3 I bit into a nail in the chocolate sunflower seed cup. It was horrifying. I spoke with managers at several levels including headquarters to do a recall or warn people. Fortunately, I did not swallow it because it would have done major damage. Product Liability was not followed through. They did say the nail was NOT from their machinery but no offer to find out where it came from. Since I was the only report they would not take action. I love this place, they have AMAZING healthy products, all kinds of options and new things to try and the prices are better than Eden the regular grocery stores! The flowers they sell are by far the most variety, most beautiful, best priced and live for months... no exaggeration!
