Avoid! Get an attorney that doesn't rely on automations to do their business because what seems like a deal up front will cost you more in the end. --They don't have people to assist along the way with trademarking process and the additional hundreds in fees that you'll encounter is insane because you've got to figure out what a human would do if you hired an actual firm.
