I hired this firm because I wanted to support a woman owned, Black owned business from my hometown of Flint, Michigan. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My trademark application was abandoned due to a missed Statement of Use filing deadline, and I did not receive timely communication regarding this requirement. I also had a similar issue with a copyright filing submitted at the same time. Due to the lack of professionalism and communication, I have requested refunds for both services.
