I'm really confused as to how this firm as so many stellar reviews. I booked an appointment directly on their website and paid a $25 consultation fee. I received booking confirmation and reminders, and when I showed up to the call, no one came. I sent emails twice during the call to try and find out where the consulting attorney was, and no one answered. I sent another email afterward expressing deep concern that this felt potentially below board, and again, no response. In that email, I also mentioned that if no one replied... read more
