Absolute gem of a yarn store. Lots of beautiful product and outstanding customer service. Cape Breton is lucky to have such a shop.
Visited while in Sydney in August of 2026. Wonderfully friendly owner, very knowledgeable about what she carrier, greeted and asked if assistance was needed right away, even while there were others browsing. I was SO pleased to be able to buy some yarn from a local dyer!
This store on Charlotte St is a real gem! I have become a loyal customer of Tracy’s and appreciate all her advice. The yarn in this shop is of a very high quality, and as I am going to take the time to knit, I want yarn which is easy to work with as well as beautiful. Many of the yarns are mostly dyed in eastern Canada and when you purchase you are supporting local small businesses. I look forward to dropping by for some more beautiful yarn.
