Tracy is absolutely amazing! I always leave feeling completely relaxed. She KNOWS what she is doing! I have never liked deep tissue massage but hers is unlike any other. She warms the muscles first to get down in them giving instant, lasting relief.

Tracy has some wonderful techniques to loosen tight muscles within the body! I’ll have to say one of the best massages I’ve had ever! She gave me great information on stretching the muscles for sciatica pain. I enjoyed the relaxing environment. One of the best in her profession.
