My father passed away while living in these apartments. The manager was clueless about how to handle things and acted as if we were a nuisance to her. She followed no protocol and did not even ensure she had my contact information. She is the person responsible for annual lease renewals and government programs. If I could give this place a ZERO I would because of the manager.
