This must be the worst bike shop in California and beyond. However it is close by my home so I tried it twice to replace tubes that were flat. The first time the tire was not correctly re-mounted on the rim and the tire rubbed against my break pads so I pointed out the error and they adjusted the tire to be seated on the rim correctly.
