I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lina Yousofi and the entire team at Birch Pain and Spine Group. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with genuine kindness and care. The front receptionist is especially warm, welcoming, and friendly. Don't come here if you can't pay. The doctor has 1 move to offer and the rest of the time she's talking about all the things she COULD do if you wanted to pay. Took my mom here a month straight and she only came out in more pain and the real issues never addressed because "they weren't included"???? Like you can only have them do certain 1 body part and 1 move? Insane! Why take Medicare patients? You know they have Medicare for a reason. So sad and extremely frustrating.

From the first appointment, she was very detailed in explaining the reason for my neck pain as nobody had ever taken the time to explain it to me in the amount of detail and consideration that she takes with her clients.
