We have shopped at the Loris location frequently since their opening, and about every 3-4 months, we take our fur babies for baths. We have never had an issue until today. The manager Chris and one of the female employees that I have never seen there before was extremely unprofessional and rude today. We waited for another person to finish up with her GSD and went in right after to bath 2 of our GSD's. The manager Chris showed up with towels and was staring at the floor like he was upset. Sitting at the front for 35 min no help on top of that no one is shopping
I love going to this store and I don't normally enjoy shopping at all. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Any of the negative comments I've read about this location are because of random products they don't have in store, which is ridiculous. Inventory is not within employees' control. The customer service here is amazing.
