For the past three weeks going to the loris tractor supply to see if the triple crown balancer was in and it wasn’t even though I was told they would be in. Even the assistant manager couple of months ago said she would increase their amount of the balancer since we told her we would go through 2-3 bags a month. Frustrated that they don’t have it even though we did everything we could to ensure it now have to drive all the way to the Georgetown store to purchase it. Went to return a gift I was told came from Tractor Supply. The women that helped me had a bad disposition. Was sharp when she spoke to me asking if I had a receipt. I told her no and then she asked if I had a phone number and I told her no that it was a gift. She told me to start with that she could not help me and the said well let me see if it came form here. For 3 days straight, I have gone to get my propane tanks filled. They have propane but no one to operate it.

Chris was very helpful - we had a large item that was malfunctioning and he exchanged it for us without grief. I recommend this Tractor Supply as I have never had a bad experience. All the staff that works there are very helpful.
