Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere
Had to return a gift and they would not take it back. I’ve spent thousands at this store they wouldn’t even give me the time of day. Rude unprofessional manager picks and chooses who they respond to. So long TS going to spend my $$ somewhere I feel appreciated at.
The store in loris sucks !!! I purchased new items for my cat and was not sure if she would like it I ask if she does not like it can I return or exchange like Petco does she said sure , so one of the items she would not eat so I took item back with receipt the lady refused to help because it was open and I told her I ask about that before purchasing. How do you know if the cat will eat it without opening it ? Bad business I hope someone will see these reviews and make a change
