The store in loris sucks !!! I purchased new items for my cat and was not sure if she would like it I ask if she does not like it can I return or exchange like Petco does she said sure , so one of the items she would not eat so I took item back with receipt the lady refused to help because it was open and I told her I ask about that before purchasing. How do you know if the cat will eat it without opening it ? Bad business I hope someone will see these reviews and make a change
You are better off going to the Conway Tractor Supply. The store manager there, Joseph, is great! I’ve never had anything but problems with the Loris store. The following situation is the most recent complication I’ve had, but DEFINITELY not the first! I received a vest as a Christmas GIFT. We have shopped at the Loris location frequently since their opening, and about every 3-4 months, we take our fur babies for baths. We have never had an issue until today. The manager Chris and one of the female employees that I have never seen there before was extremely unprofessional and rude today.
