We have shopped at the Loris location frequently since their opening, and about every 3-4 months, we take our fur babies for baths. We have never had an issue until today. The manager Chris and one of the female employees that I have never seen there before was extremely unprofessional and rude today. Sitting at the front for 35 min no help on top of that no one is shopping
I love going to this store and I don't normally enjoy shopping at all. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Any of the negative comments I've read about this location are because of random products they don't have in store, which is ridiculous. Inventory is not within employees' control. The customer service here is amazing.
For the past three weeks going to the loris tractor supply to see if the triple crown balancer was in and it wasn’t even though I was told they would be in. Even the assistant manager couple of months ago said she would increase their amount of the balancer since we told her we would go through 2-3 bags a month. Went to return a gift I was told came from Tractor Supply. The women that helped me had a bad disposition. Was sharp when she spoke to me asking if I had a receipt. I told her no and then she asked if I had a phone number and I told her no that it was a gift. She told me to start with that she could not help me and the said well let me see if it came form here.
