I bought 12 chicks here on August 4, 2025, 4 have already died. 1 has died each day since I purchased them the evening of the 4th. I asked if I could get replacement chicks or a refund today and I stood there waiting for several minutes to find out. No one ever came to help me or to tell me anything. I’d say management customer service needs some work.

This is one of the best stores around - quality and customer service has always been at the top since I’ve been shopping here. They are also making it clear that they aren’t down with the RK nonsense that store is pulling on the citizens of Kingsport. I’ll be shopping here from now on. They aren’t down with highway robbery!
I always come to tractor supply for my dog and cat food. I’ve been to many locations but this one is by far the best one. The store is always neat and organized and clean. The workers are always so friendly and I love that I can take my dog here too! She loves it. Today a gentleman named Dale helped me load my heavy items in the car for me, as he offered to do so. It was so nice!!! Great customer service and people skills. Another girl with dark hair and glasses is always working there and she’s so personable. Great team.
