Just wanted to say “thank you” to Anna for all her help. She has awesome customer service.
I went into the tractor supply here in Bastrop,Texas, about an hour before closing to look at a zero turn mower. One of their staff named Neil, met me at the front door and stayed by my side getting everything done, and making sure everything was in good order until I took my mower home. In a world where a lot of people I really act like they could care less whether you are there or not, Neil went the extra mile to make sure everything got done right. He is a very big asset to their store.
The assistant manager Stephanie met my husband there and they began having an affair she ended up giving him an STD. She knew he was married but didn’t care about it, she also didn’t care about destroying the life of 4 kids. So ladies beware this women (using term loosely like her) keep your men close at this store unless you want to have your kids destroyed and be in antibiotics.
The employees are not following the 6' guidelines and when asked to do so, made no response and walked off. Please enforce your employees to follow CDC guidelines and encourage your customers to do so.
Please educate your staff about grain free diets for dogs. The FDA issued a warning about feeding grain free diets due to the heart condition it was causing. The staff at the Bastrop store is always professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. If you have any issue with anything they do their best at resolving it. The manager “Rocky” and his staff have done an amazing job of turning this store around. Keep up the good work folks.

This place is absolutely horrible under the new manager. He's extremely rude to customers and belittles his employees in front of customers and talks about them behind their backs to his "Favorite" customers. Oh yes, he has favorites. I watched him give a lady a discount on bulk feed, then the next woman was denied this discount being told by him "We Don't Do That". I don't know how he even got that position.
