Jennifer rocked our world today. She made our purchases really easy and helped with the hometown hero setup. Really happy with our visit today!
Front end staff was gossiping about customers that just left in a condescending manner and thought I couldn't hear them also speak about me and my family while still in the store. I was then rudely questioned about my intentions in the store like I was under arrest. I had done nothing wrong nor done anything to be suspicious mind you, and felt very violated and offended. Great store but slowest computer check out ever! At a California store the prices at checkout were higher than posted but they fixed them. The staff is very helpful but hampered by the slow computer checkout system.
