After looking at reviews called the store to ask if the hot water issue in the pet wash had been fixed - apparently it's been broken for over 2 years?! Guy answers the phone with " hey, how you doing? " - what kind of way is that to pick up a business phone? I ask if this is Tractor supply he says " yeah" and that's it - no may I help you or anything in any way professional. Great store, they do a job of keeping it clean. Mike at the store was very helpful, I was short an item while traveling to Eustis and he helped me out. Their staff are all knowledgeable and willing to help when asked. I would go back anytime something is needed.
I've shopped here for years and the past two months have been pathetic the young workers are outright hostile towards you I will never shop here again.
Convenient and extremely busy location... Thankfully lots of ample parking in the shopping plaza! This location is utilizing and existing abandoned store front and not the modern corporate TSC design. Space inside is a bit cramped but the staff has done an amazing job making the best with what they have to work with. Store is clean and we'll maintained. I use the curb side pick up and no matter who it is that brings out my order, theyre so polite & friendly, helpful..Im sorry I don't know all their names but Chuck, and I think there's a Chris& Mike, also have been a couple of women whose name I don't know but were just as equally kind as well..THIS kind of service is worth brining attention to!..Thank yall
