Jordan provided exceptional customer service last night when we came in to buy a new Bad Boy mower for my teenage son. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and even let my son test drive it. The mower was already delivered first thing this morning! A big thank you to Jordan and the Springfield team for making the buying experience enjoyable with no issues!! TSC Employee, Lisa R., did an outstanding job finding me the correct lawnmower tire online. She did this while answering the constantly ringing phone, and assisting three other customers in the store. I hope they truly value this employee.
