Jordan provided exceptional customer service last night when we came in to buy a new Bad Boy mower for my teenage son. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and even let my son test drive it. The mower was already delivered first thing this morning! A big thank you to Jordan and the Springfield team for making the buying experience enjoyable with no issues!! The Urbana store can learn a thing or two from you guys.

TSC Employee, Lisa R., did an outstanding job finding me the correct lawnmower tire online. She did this while answering the constantly ringing phone, and assisting three other customers in the store. I hope they truly value this employee.

Came in yesterday and bought 4 Americana chicks. That’s what the label said and 2 other employees said. One died so I came back this afternoon to get another one and let me tell you. The grey haired lady let me have it. She said they do not have Americanas. Never did. She was the one who put them in the troughs. Literally wanted to argue and make sure I knew she was right and I was wrong. I mean come on. Who does that.
