Every time I make a phone call to check and make sure they have something in store or check to see if they have propane I’m on hold forever before someone answers the phone and when they do answer they do sound professional at all just says hello don’t say name or anything I think it rude an I think they should talk where you can hear them!
The employees are very friendly and helpful, but the store will not keep enough horse feed in. They sell out all the time and I wound up going to Roanoke to get it. I can't understand why. Seems like they would keep it in stock.
Polite and clean store
It is a tractor supply, not a full blown pet store, and surely not a human food store. They have what you need for your animals in a pinch, they have always had cat food and gerbil food when I needed it. I’ve had no problems with this store, so it’s odd to see reviews tearing them down. I’m a pretty weird looking person, so I feel if anyone’s going to be treated poorly, it’ll be me.
