Bless Tractor supply esp Zach and the mcpherson team. My cats are spoiled and I got the right brand but wrong formula and they REFUSED to eat it. Zach let me exchange it for the right formula and they started scarfing it down like they hadn't eaten in the three days we possessed the new formula. What would I do without tractor supply in my life THANK YOU SO MUCH my babies are no longer wasting away with thw wrong food haha
Zach, the manager went way out of his way to help us when we had a car battery. Go bad while we were there. If more places had customer service like this, there would be a lot of businesses doing a lot better than they are.
My family decided to purchase our Christmas Tree from this store, as they had the best stock of the style tree we prefer. It was wrapped in a net at the store to make travel easier (or so we thought). When we got home and took the net off over half of the needles fell from it. By the point my very excited young daughters had it decorated we had about 1/10 of the needles left on it. This store sold us a very dead tree for a total of 55.49.
