Corporate sent me here.... because of a bad experience at the Alice TX store. This place, probably newer is beautiful. The Manager was expecting me, and basically rolled out the red carpet. Very personable young man. The dog wash station here is extremely clean, and everything works. (Well maintained.) Corporate should get a passenger van, and bring all the Alice employees out to Kingsville.....They can witness what a TSC should be like. I had a dog show (6/7/2025) and needed a few washed, original plans left me with no way to wash them on the way to College Station. So we ( I and my 9 year old daughter) rerouted to Bishop. We surprised the front desk, and we walked out with 8 done in 2hrs? I think less, I would have cleaned up the grooming room but needed to meet that 9pm hour. You all rock!!! We also got a new CHAMPION!!
Kingsville Texas ,Will not be back. All announcements on intercom were in Spanish. We speak english in the United States. This clearly shows that the culture of woke is still alive.
