Buyer beware! On two occasions we've had issues with this store. On the first occasion we went to exchange a pair of pants for the exact same pants in a different color and the clerk wanted to upcharge $12. Actors in conversation she said oh well that's okay. On the second instance I went to return some gloves that have been purchased a couple days before with a receipt and she refused to accept them. Needless to say we will not go back to this tractor supply. Scamy!!!
We purchased a side x side on Friday, manager Chris Farmer was so helpful and knowledgeable. We left with all of our questions answered. We are first time buyers and he told us everything we needed to know. We have had no problems with it so far and are very happy to have had such a great experience. We had been to lowes and other places and the employees were not knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions chris was able to answer. We highly recommend asking for Chris!
So unfortunately I had a bad experience today… I went to purchase a bale of hay it was first time buying hay from y’all and probably will be my last everyone in store seem to have a jack up attitude for no reason.
