The instore experiences are usually pretty good, but the online handling of phone calls and making sure there is follow through on their end is an entirely different ball game. People seem to think if they can't be seen it's okay if they drop the ball and don't follow through at the end of their phone conversation. I don't like making repeat phone calls as a customer.
