I really like Tracksmith apparel and own a variety of items. I was somewhat disappointed by our visit as we had really looked forward to visiting the store. My greatest disappointment was the limited amount of products on display. I was hoping to see a greater variety of Tracksmith apparel that I see on the website.
I’ve loved Tracksmith as a brand for years and have several of their hit items, but the in-store experience on Newbury Street is consistently disappointing. Like many other reviewers, I’ve noticed staff who seem distracted, disinterested, or outright rude, more engaged with their phones or their own conversations than with customers. Visiting Boston and finally got to check out the Tracksmith store I’d heard so much about this brand, and it did not disappoint! Paul was such a sweetheart and made the experience even better. We had a great conversation, and it’s clear he truly loves what he does. Ended up buying quite a lot because the quality is fantastic. Left not just with great gear, but also feeling like we made a new friend. Highly recommend stopping by!
