We used them for car relocation on the Routeburn track. They were super responsive over email leading up to our trip, and also were able to relocate our rental car (Britz camper van) when other providers said they couldn't do it. We hiked it in 2 days, and by early afternoon on our second day it was there waiting for us. Special shout out to Avi for the great customer service, both over email and in person when picking up our lockbox.
