Tracie was the best massage therapist I have ever had. She reads your body as an open book, able to pinpoint the problem and work it out. She saved me from acute back pain incidents many times. In addition to an excellent deep massage she aloso provides you excersise suggestions to avoid the problem in the future. All my sessions with her were very enjoyable (even when in pain). I highly recommend her services!
Tracy can get in tune with what is happening in the body, in the muscle or tendons/ligaments, and hones in on what is necessary to do to aid and assist in returning the body back to alignment and proper function. Always the pro and always the sensing therapist, she is listening in all ways to what the body is telling her. And heals.
