Traci was awesome - she not only went above and beyond but she had incredible grit dealing with my loan. we had problems with outside forces and she stuck with it, even when I was wanting to get out she explained to me the next steps and the plan they had in place (via phone on a Saturday) - and was able to complete the process and get me into my first home <3
