I used David for complex business litigation. I am a lawyer by training. I left his practice due to his very short-sighted legal advice which turned out to be permanently disadvantageous in a case he described as "a nuclear winner". During the case there was a conflict of interest as well and he tried to direct me in a manner that would benefit his firm and not the client. The lawsuit required long hours and was expensive. Towards the end of the time I retained David, he renovated his office.
