Felt it was the right time to tackle my smoking habit. Met Tracey 2 weeks ago, for help with 'Hypnotherapy'. Tracey was very friendly, open and professional. Did not know what to expect, but the overall experience was very soothing and caring. I would absolutely recommend Tracey. Just over 3 weeks without a smoke and over the worst. Work in progress!
Tracey is fantastic at what she does! I'm so happy I found her and she was able to successfully help me quit smoking via her hypnotherapy program.
