Stay far away! Jeff was supposed to help me straighten out my Quickbooks so I could met the Sept 15 filing deadline for my business taxes. He assured me he could have it done. He also knew I had major surgery scheduled in Portland for September 15th and would be leaving for Portland on the 12th. He said the office was closed on Friday but everything would be finished on time and my son could pick up the paperwork on Monday to get to my personal accountant, a day before the deadline. They made error in the address in my tax returns. Due to this I could not pay my taxes online. Despite paying heavy fees more than $5000, they charged $ 30 for giving a copy of the IT returns. Shameful, disgusting service. Will never recommend to anyone.
