They don’t pay attention to details. I work from home in my home office and they put that I use 100% of my home for work and that small mistake later has cost me $3800 in debt with the CRA. Also once I told them this mistake which was too late at that point- they submitted documents to the CRA without my consent. The service was disappointing to say the least.
Good place for residence though it is now difficult to find shelter in Canada.
Very bad experience with TR returns. This were my first taxes in Canada and they were made a major mistake and sent it even without my verification. The incompetence at work manifested itself in the fact that I was not asked for important information, like my marital status, and I had no idea that this was important.
