Horrible service all in all. Charged 1400 a month for a connection through spectrum that costs 100 dollars stating they provide service. We got multiple outages and were running on backup for 3 months with noone there to help us. When I cancelled, they said their terms and service will charge for 90 days. They had the audacity to send that.
Avoid using Tpx. I’m constantly going down. I just got through one. Or my service went down multiple times a day in a three week period. You can call customer service but good luck getting them to do anything within a week. The account manager I have is openly hostile. Use would anyone but Tpx
My experience with TPx has been overwhelmingly positive! I've signed up several clients with them and everyone from the sales force to the project engineers have been thorough, helpful and courteous. Their knowledgeable staff have helped put together products like SD-Wan that will help protect my clients from downtime. I can't say enough great things! Particularly Korey Curtis is my go to guy there!!
