DO NOT USE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! We paid them about $240 a month for voip. We had problems with our phone audio quality for two months resulting in lost business and they tried trouble shooting over the phone a few times but could not fix it. So we were forced to switch to another company which only charge us about $130 a month. Now Tpx are trying to charge us $1200 for early termination and 90 extra days. Horrible service all in all. Charged 1400 a month for a connection through spectrum that costs 100 dollars stating they provide service. We got multiple outages and were running on backup for 3 months with noone there to help us. When I cancelled, they said their terms and service will charge for 90 days. They had the audacity to send that.

Avoid using Tpx. I’m constantly going down. I just got through one. Or my service went down multiple times a day in a three week period. You can call customer service but good luck getting them to do anything within a week. The account manager I have is openly hostile. Use would anyone but Tpx
