Waited 2 weeks for apt that was booked with Tom Hillier. Turned up for apt and was told that the apt had changed to another physio without anyone notifying me to confirm if this was ok. Rebooked with Tom Hillier again. Waited another 2 weeks for a 9 thirtyam apt. Got a call at 9:17am while I was on my way driving to apt to ask if I could come in at 10 and see a different physio. Poor and unprofessional service.
Love the Mums and Bubs classes which take into consideration my needs following birth and pregnancy. Exercises can be adapted to include bub if fussy.
