"I cannot recommend this facility enough. When I first started physical therapy here for my arm, I was in almost constant pain and discomfort. However, after just six weeks of treatment, my arm feels back to normal with little to no pain at all. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but I want to give a special thank you to Amanda and Haleigh for their exceptional care. They made a difficult process much easier, and I am so grateful for the results.
The physical therapy services I received here were fine, but the billing has been a nightmare. I will never recommend TPMG because of the billing issues I’ve dealt with. Even when they say they will reprocess through insurance (it was their fault it wasn’t submitted correctly in the first place) they just end up sending me a huge bill and threatening to send me to collections. I haven’t been there in nearly 9 months and am still dealing with this billing headache.
