Just found out 2 years later that after cancelling a Turo rental that was trashed, they retaliated and left me a bad review on my profile. Scummy business. Pictures I took at pickup
Owner is trying to scam me for damage on a rental when I have pictures of the same damage on the car prior to leaving his lot.
Rented a car from this company on Turo. Transported my service animal, which I shared with the owner via messenger. After the trip, they left a three star review: "Guest was nice, but did bring her dog into our vehicle, even though it is stated that our vehicles are pet free." Knowing the animal is a service animal, it was super disrespectful that they left this review. Not to mention that they wouldn't have known about the service animal if I hadn't mentioned it.
It was so easy. Just dropped it off. These folks are so meticulous. I don’t think my car ever looked so good. The price was better than anyone else in my neighborhood. They didn’t even complain about dog hair.
