Extremely unprofessional! Asked me to keep several two-hour windows open to call, then kept me waiting all day, and verbally berated my older mother for asking questions about properties. I've worked with many realtors in this area and I've never seen this level of disrespect. Since I was so surprised, I looked and also found suspicious reports from customers on sites like Zillow, StreetEasy about false photos, etc., so be careful, this company might be scamming people.
