horrible service, don't waste your time.
I have never came across with a really bad customer service as TPG.😡 They never answer the phone, they don't understand the requests and above all they disconnected my mobile sim card without authorisation pretending to repay for the reconnection..😡 Most important if you travel overseas the TPG network doesn't cover you around Europe so be prepared. If I could I would have rated with 0 star.😡
There seems to be confusion between TPG Aged Care and TPG the telecom company. I used TPG Aged Care as a DVA Client and the service from Kim and Jeanette was first class.

One of the worst internet providers in Australia every time it stops working for long period of time , specialy last few weeks it has been nightmare, now they even increase their price too from $59.99 to $ 64.99 a month It doesn't even work it so so slow
