For an organisation that it meant to care for elderly people they fall well short. the office staff are rude and can’t seem to schedule services or communicate when things go wrong and the management don’t seem to care at all. do yourself and your loved ones a favour and stay well clear. It’s truly disgusting the way they treat people.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an internet provider. After being disappointed by their NBN service due to several outages, I switched to their 5G. They not only left me without internet for two days during the switch, but they also charged me $91 for an NBN renewal that they promised to refund. horrible service, don't waste your time.
I have never came across with a really bad customer service as TPG.😡 They never answer the phone, they don't understand the requests and above all they disconnected my mobile sim card without authorisation pretending to repay for the reconnection..😡 Most important if you travel overseas the TPG network doesn't cover you around Europe so be prepared. If I could I would have rated with 0 star.😡
