One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an internet provider. After being disappointed by their NBN service due to several outages, I switched to their 5G. They not only left me without internet for two days during the switch, but they also charged me $91 for an NBN renewal that they promised to refund. horrible service, don't waste your time.
I have never came across with a really bad customer service as TPG.😡 They never answer the phone, they don't understand the requests and above all they disconnected my mobile sim card without authorisation pretending to repay for the reconnection..😡 Most important if you travel overseas the TPG network doesn't cover you around Europe so be prepared. If I could I would have rated with 0 star.😡
There seems to be confusion between TPG Aged Care and TPG the telecom company. I used TPG Aged Care as a DVA Client and the service from Kim and Jeanette was first class.
