store has gone downhill so much. Went to order BOGO in the afternoon, made us wait 15 mins at the cashier (they seemed to be really into cleaning), before finally reluctantly deciding to take my order and say "oh we ran out". No signage or anything saying so, or anyone at the front informing this to customers. Why would anyone go here anymore among all the competition?
Good tea but a little bit overpriced
I ordered drinks at the kiosk inside the San Mateo store and waited about 15 minutes before realizing that the kiosk had mistakenly sent our order to the Cupertino location. The manager told us that we needed to call the Cupertino store to get a refund. We tried calling several times while we were at the San Mateo location, but no one answered. We suggested to the Manager that the San Mateo store simply remake our drinks manually and everyone would be happy, but unfortunately, we were told that we would have to place a new o... read more
