Staff is very helpful and they really know what they're doing, checkout was also smooth, Bought lego f1 and diecast one too from here, would totally recommend

Surprisingly, they don’t allow dogs inside, even if I’m carrying my dog or using a dog trolley.
I was stopped by the guard because I had my small pet with me. The problem is, there was NO signage at all saying pets are not allowed. When I asked for clarification, even the manager could not show any memo or policy to back up the guard’s action. This felt inconsistent, unprofessional, and very frustrating — especially since Shangri-La Plaza is known to be a pet-friendly mall when pets are properly carried.
