Very rude ang supervisor (the short guy with eye glasses) Nagsisingit sa pila ng cashier kasi “bro” nya. And sinabihan nang “wala sinusunod na pila” siya pa ang masama tumingin at hindi marunong magsorry
If you check the other reviews, it is already indicated that the staff here are rude and unfriendly. They should've applied to be bouncers in a bar instead of working in a toy store. Be nicer to your customers. A friendly smile would've made a big difference.
Small but good variety of toys. Action figures, playsets, blind box Figures, NERF guns. Dolls, roll play toys, seasonal pool toys. Gift bags available. An advantage in Philippines is they receive toys from US companies, Hasbro, Mattel, Japanese Bandai, and Chinese like Yolopark. A disadvantage is toys have heavy duty and high shipping costs, and arrive later than in other countries. Restrooms in the mall. No wifi. Parking lot at the mall.
I was looking around with my friends, we were being followed by the staff which is normal, but their attitude towards us very disrespectful and rude. They approached and threatened us saying we weren’t following the policies and rules despite there being no publicly present policies and rules shown to the customers and viewers.
Date: April 22, 2025 I came to this specific branch for the first time a few days ago with my family, the products here are overpriced. The customer service is also very disappointing, none of the employees were helpful towards my family. Please fix this.
