Very poor customer service. Female staffs tend to gossip out loud about other customers, staff keeps following us around and I saw some staff members offered the toys that they have hidden in the back of the shelves (eg:hotwheels, action figures, etc) to their preferred customers who I saw gave them tips in return then hid the toys again that were not chosen. I know this is common practice just not in this branch but in other stores as well but they could've been more discreet, but I hope they could finally do something abou... read more
I’ve been to this store many times, and every single time, the staff keeps following me around. It’s beyond uncomfortable and I had to leave just two minutes after entering. I was simply looking at some toys when a male staff suddenly ran into me and almost dropped the toys he was holding. Does this guy think I’m a shoplifter?! Ridiculous. This is the only branch where the staff consistently follows customers around every time they walk in.
