They never allow you to withdraw from Gotyme, even though this is supposed to be part of their service. Cashier always says there's no money in the register even though i clearly saw the previous customer pay enough for my wtihdrawal. The staff is rude and not friendly. I will avoid this place.

Operation hours is inconsistent. Recently, they are not selling at around 4:30 am to 6am. Their reason is that cash register is offline. It used to be that they do not only accept GCash during that period but now they completely refuse to sell. That should be fine if only they put on a a sign with their schedule but the sign still shows “open 24 hrs”.
