I literally just left the store and I gotta say, it almost hits it right out of the park. They have everything from trading cards, to board games, play arts to model kits, and classic toys. (All for collectors though, so you need deep pockets!!) If there's any gap, it's that they don't really target video game merch. Definitely going to be regularly poking my head in here to see what sort of rotation they stock!
Very knowledgeable kind considerate staff and a great variety of products. Highly recommended!
New location is a little bit hidden away. Lots of board games and largest selection of Funko Pop in Ottawa
Terrible experience. Firstly, their customer service is painfully slow. Sometimes even taking over a week to respond. I had a list of games that I gave them that would meet their minimum for shipping. They accepted it and said they could send a PayPal invoice for us to pay. But since they take so long to reply… most of the games on my list went out of stock. It felt as if they waited until these games to go out of stock before replying to us. Sad to see them leave Barrhaven but excited for the new store, been going since pre covid. I am ready to go to the new location for the first time. Highly recommended store to visit!
