If you don't have time to train people you shouldn't be hiring
Fast and friendly unloading.
Very slow, outside truckers would be sidelined as they ll prefer there local drivers before you, regardless if you have been on site before them. Consider being on dock for more than 3 hours easily.
Drivers stay away! Sat for over 2 of the 3 hours with no other trucks here before they even started unloading. After an hour went by I went in to ask what was going on, was told they were trying to figure out if it was going to the warehouse be. So it took the seat polishers in the office over 2 hours to exchange emails to figure this out? Terrible! Then they have to get your keys after already glad hand locking the trailer so you get to sit and cook in your truck. Maybe focus more on better productivity instead of unnecessa... read more
This is a horrible place to work at! After my dad committed suicide they let me go after 7 1/2 years when my FMLA ended with no reason at all just because the main boss Troy Kindle did not like me. He constantly bullied me & cussed me out in front of other employees. I had no one I could go to about it & he constantly downed me for it. He was there about half the amount of time I was & he still was able to fire me. If anyone could help me with getting legal help about this please contact me.
