I was given a dirty car and told "no charge" for the dirt. There is what appear to be cracker crumbs, gravel, footprints, finger prints, and more on the inside. Something in the front cup holder. Has a certain smell to the car as well that is not pleasant. The front bumper is covered in bugs. I asked for an Uber ride home and they insisted I take a dirty rental. Would not recommend for renting a car.
Didn't actually rent a car from them, since they didn't have the car we wanted to try in stock at the time we needed. However, wanted to add a review based on my experience since the only other one is a two star with no explanation. They have a lady working at the front desk for this specific business inside the dealership extremely knowledgeable, nice, and patient.
