The worst service ever! Waited an hour on hold, was promised a late fee adjustment but it never came off. Tried to email but no response. For this very reason I will never purchase a Toyota ever again! Getting a real person is like pulling teeth with Toyota. Â
I have made several attempts to call Toyota Financial Services to speak to a representative. Each time I called I got a recording saying that I would have a 13 -18 minute wait. The first time a rep finally answered after holding 47 minutes. The last time I called I was on hold for 1hr and 20 minutes and no one ever answered so I finally hung up! Very poor customer service and horrible phone prompts. None of them were what I wanted!!! JJacksonÂ
