1 star because can’t give 0 Bad experiences with Toyota insurance Already 2 months and still not getting our car fixed And they can’t give another car as well Don’t recommend to do with Toyota insurance
Very poor experience with Toyota Insurance. Our brand-new HiAce was hit while parked, and they refused to cover the bonnet despite clear evidence. The claims team ignored additional proof and delayed sending a release letter to NRMA (told 3 business days, now 4+). Poor claims handling and slow, unhelpful service. Would not recommend.
1 star because 0 is not an option. My car was broken into and rear right window smashed, Toyota insurance would not use genuine glass to replace the broken window now my car has 3 privacy glass windows and 1 clear window so it is very obvious the car has been broken into before and now it isn’t original despite them saying the car would be repaired to ‘original condition’. They refuse to accept that the car now looks different simply saying its been repaired to Australian standards. Absolutely pathetic.
their service is terrible and very bad attitude.
