Extremely Poor Service The only good thing about my experience is the car itself. The Toyota Finance portal is extremely slow and difficult to log in to -it constantly shows that the system is down or under maintenance. I made a $20,000 repayment towards my car loan, and four days later I received a letter stating that my direct debit had been dishonoured. Can you make a portal that actually works please
I’ve had finance with Toyota Finance on multiple vehicles, including one that’s now fully paid off, and never had any issues. Their team has always been helpful and responsive whenever I needed a statement or payout figure. A smooth and reliable experience every time.
The worst. All I wanted was a statement of payments. Your phone system is broken and the menus go nowhere. Then I spent 10 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone. After which the system dropped out, went quite, and hung up on me. So I went online to register for an account to manage my loan and get a statement there. When trying to set up all I could get was an error "This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later".... Pathetic and very disrespectful of your customer's time
Absolutely the worst experience with Toyota Finance! Our Hyundai Kona was written off on 1st September 2025 and for over two weeks my insurer (RACV) has been begging Toyota Finance for a simple payout figure. To this day, they have not bothered to respond. Because of their silence, we are left completely stuck — no car, no ability to finalise the claim, no access to any balance owed, and dealing with constant stress.
