Zero contact after many many attempts to get a refund for an order placed WELL before the pandemic. Check your service tickets, guys. Order never received. Refund never received. UPDATE: They did make good on this, with a refund. Took a couple years, but I'm ok with it. I'd prefer they'd have stayed open - they had cool and useful stuff.
